Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate
access to new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current
billing period.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
If you reach a limit (like AI imports or PDF exports), the app will notify you and suggest
upgrading or purchasing add-on packs for additional credits. Your existing data is never at
risk—you just can't create new items until you upgrade or wait for the next billing period.
Do you offer add-on packs?
Yes! If you occasionally need extra AI imports, additional aircraft slots, or other resources,
you can purchase add-on packs without upgrading your entire subscription. Contact support for
pricing.
Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is available forever—no credit card required. It's perfect for trying out
Logbook with a single aircraft before committing to a paid plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards via Stripe, and Apple In-App Purchase for iOS users. Enterprise
customers can also pay via invoice.
Are there any long-term contracts?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access through the
end of your current billing period.
What's the difference between groups and collaboration?
Groups allow you to organize aircraft and users together (e.g., "Flight School Fleet" or "My
Partnership"). Collaboration lets you share specific aircraft with co-owners, mechanics, or
flight schools. All paid plans include collaboration—groups are for additional organizational
structure.
